Secure Payments
We use Stripe for all our payment processing. Coverforme never stores or even sees your full credit card information. Stripe is used by millions of companies and handles billions of dollars in transactions securely every year.
Predictable Pricing
We believe in transparency. Unlike other services that might surprise you with hidden fees, our minute-based billing is designed to be predictable and fair.
The "Soft-Pause" Guarantee
Each plan comes with a set number of included minutes per month. If you reach your limit:
- We never charge you extra for overages without your explicit permission.
- Your assistant automatically switches to "Voicemail Mode"—it will still record messages for you but won't provide interactive answers.
- You can upgrade to a higher plan instantly or wait for your minutes to reset at the start of the next billing cycle.
Manage Your Subscription
You are in full control of your subscription. From your dashboard, you can:
- Upgrade or Downgrade: Change your plan at any time.
- Download Invoices: Access your full billing history.
- Cancel Anytime: We don't hide the cancel button. If you decide to leave, you can cancel your subscription with a single click in the Billing Portal.
Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed monthly. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access to your AI assistant until the end of your current billing period.
