We use Stripe for all our payment processing. Coverforme never stores or even sees your full credit card information. Stripe is used by millions of companies and handles billions of dollars in transactions securely every year.
We believe in transparency. Unlike other services that might surprise you with hidden fees, our minute-based billing is designed to be predictable and fair.
Default: the "Soft-Pause" guarantee
Each plan includes a set number of minutes per month. By default, pay-as-you-go is off. If you reach your included limit without enabling pay-as-you-go:
- We do not charge extra per minute unless you opt in to pay-as-you-go and set a monthly cap.
- Your assistant switches to "Voicemail Mode"—it still records messages but won't provide interactive answers.
- You can upgrade instantly, wait for your minutes to reset, or enable pay-as-you-go from the dashboard to keep answering past your included minutes (up to a cap you choose).
You are in full control of your subscription. From your dashboard, you can:
- Upgrade or Downgrade: Change your plan at any time.
- Download Invoices: Access your full billing history.
- Cancel Anytime: We don't hide the cancel button. If you decide to leave, you can cancel your subscription with a single click in the Billing Portal.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access to your AI assistant until the end of your current billing period.
