How to improve your score
If your score is lower than expected, follow the Recommendations provided in your Intelligence Base:
- Update your Website: Ensure your website has clear, text-based information. AI cannot read text inside images or complex PDFs easily.
- Manual Override: Use the "Manual Override" option to paste specific details that might be missing from your website (e.g., specific pricing tiers or seasonal promotions).
- Add a Booking Link: If the AI can't find your booking URL on your website, adding it manually is the fastest way to boost your readiness.
- Add FAQs: The more common questions you provide, the more "intelligent" and human-like your assistant will sound.
