Using the Dashboard
Your command center for tracking missed calls and managing your AI.
Real-Time Call Activity
The heart of your dashboard is the Call Activity feed. Every time the AI answers a call for you, it appears here instantly.
- Transcripts: Click on any call to read the full conversation between the AI and your customer.
- Call Summaries: See a concise, AI-generated summary of every interaction so you don't have to read the full transcript.
- History: Track when every call happened and which customer number reached out.
Updating the "Brain"
Your business is dynamic, and your AI should be too. In the Knowledge tab, you can update the facts your AI uses to answer questions.
Knowledge Base: If you change your business hours or pricing, just update the text and click "Save". Your AI will start using the new information instantly.
Booking Link: Easily update your scheduling link at any time. When you change this, your AI assistant automatically knows to send the new link via SMS to your callers.
Persona Management
In the Persona tab, you can change your assistant's name or voice at any time. Want to try a more "corporate" voice or a "friendly" one? You can swap it in seconds.
Note: For regulatory compliance, your assistant will always identify itself as an AI assistant during the introduction.
Status Overview
The top of your dashboard shows your "Live Status":
Verified & Live
Your assistant is active and monitoring your line for missed calls.Activation Required
Your AI is ready, but you still need to dial the carrier code to connect your phone.Forwarding Paused
You have manually disabled call forwarding on your phone. Your AI is still active, but calls are no longer being redirected to it.Limit Reached
You have hit your monthly minute limit. Your assistant has switched to Voicemail Mode.Assistant Disabled
There is an issue with your payment or a critical technical error.
