The heart of your dashboard is the Call Activity feed. Every time the AI answers a call for you, it appears here instantly.
- Transcripts: Click on any call to read the full conversation between the AI and your customer.
- Call Summaries: See a concise, AI-generated summary of every interaction so you don't have to read the full transcript.
- History: Track when every call happened and which customer number reached out.
Your business is dynamic, and your AI should be too. In the Knowledge tab, you can update the facts your AI uses to answer questions.
Knowledge Base: If you change your business hours or pricing, just update the text and click "Save". Your AI will start using the new information instantly.
In the Persona tab, you can change your assistant's name or voice at any time. Want to try a more "corporate" voice or a "friendly" one? You can swap it in seconds.
Note: For regulatory compliance, your assistant will always identify itself as an AI assistant during the introduction.
On your plan card, the usage section shows included minutes and, when available, a Pay-as-you-go toggle.
- Turn pay-as-you-go on and set a monthly dollar cap to keep the assistant answering after included minutes run out.
- While enabled, a progress bar shows pay-as-you-go spend vs your cap for the current billing period.
- Use Edit cap to change your limit; turn the toggle off to return to the default soft-pause behavior at your included limit.
