As part of our Services, we utilize Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) to process and analyze voice communications.

• Logic Involved: Our AI models analyze vocal transcriptions to categorize caller intent, extract key information, and summarize the nature of the inquiry.
• Intended Output: The technology generates a concise summary delivered to the User, allowing for rapid response and efficient management of inbound communications.
• Human Review & Appeals: Users have the right to review, challenge, and appeal any AI-generated output. Since the AI output is provided to the User as a summary, the User is encouraged to verify all critical information directly with the caller if any discrepancy is suspected.

Our services utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning to transcribe and summarize voice communications. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated outputs are inherently probabilistic and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any transcript or summary. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated content before relying on it for business, legal, or financial decisions. Use of the service constitutes acknowledgment that the AI output is provided "as-is" and that the company is not liable for errors or omissions in the automated processing.

We do not use call transcripts or raw audio recordings to train our foundational AI models or sell them to third-party AI developers. Your data is used strictly to provide the service to you.
