Step 2: Building the Knowledge Base
Once we have your business facts, our "Intelligence Engine" processes them into a custom Knowledge Base. This acts as your AI's brain. Instead of slow, traditional model training, we use advanced prompting to instantly ground the AI in your data. This ensures it responds with 100% accuracy using only the facts you provide.
Smart Booking Detection
During this stage, our AI also looks for scheduling links on your It will scan for booking or scheduling links, identifying them even if they are custom or use platforms not previously seen. automatically set itself up to handle bookings for you—no extra configuration required!
Step 3: Giving Your AI a Voice
Pick the personality that fits your brand. In this step, you will:
- Select a Voice: Choose from a range of natural, human-sounding voices.
- Name Your Assistant: Give it a name so it can introduce itself professionally.* For compliance, your assistant will always identify itself as an AI (e.g., "Hi, I'm Alex, your AI assistant from [Your Business Name]").

When a caller asks to book an appointment, your AI won't just give them a link—it will offer to text it directly to their phone while they are still on the line. This dramatically increases your conversion rate.
Step 4: Secure Account
Create your secure account using your email. We use a passwordless login system—just enter your email and verify with the 6-digit code sent to your inbox. This protects your data and gives you access to the dashboard where you can see all your call transcripts. If you get interrupted during setup, your progress is saved here automatically.
Step 5: Activation
Finally, you'll select your plan. As soon as your trial starts, we assign a dedicated backend number to your account.
